He was great to talk to and answered all of my questions and concerns in a way that made me confident in his abilities. I called and spoke with Todd on the phone before I had any intention of purchasing his equipment. It was only in this January that he launched products into the retail market under the name Flatout. From there things boiled over into working on setups for autocross, rallycross, time attack, and drifting. These are built by a new operation under the name of Flatout Suspension ( Todd, the guy who runs things, apparently started developing suspension setups for rally applications about 15 years ago. So while this this review is just my thoughts on the product, I hope that it can be helpful for someone interested in going this route. This is Miata #4 for me and I've driven a handful of setups ranging from stock to Flyin' Miata's offerings up to autocrossing a car with a sorted FCM setup. While I'm not an expert by any means, I feel like I have a fair grasp on the workings of the Miata suspension. I know I don't post much on here, but have been on the forums for a while now. I'm the first person to run this suspension setup on an NA Miata, so I figured I'd take some time to write up a detailed review of the product, support, and performance of this new set of coilovers.
